Secretary of State Jim Condos Urges Vermonters to Register and Vote

Washington, D.C. – (RealEstateRama) — Secretary of State Jim Condos and the Vermont Elections Division would like to remind all Vermonters that the deadline to register to vote is Wednesday, February 24th! You must register by this date in order to vote in the March 1st Town Meeting Day and Presidential Primary.

Vermonters are welcome to register in person at their town clerk’s office, by mail or online. If you register in person or by mail, you must complete this application: https://www.sec.state.vt.us/media/33935/VTVoterApp.pdf.

It must be submitted to the Town or City Clerk of the town or city in which you reside.
To register online, go to our website and locate the online application. It can be found here: https://olvr.sec.state.vt.us/.

Applications must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on February 24th.

Those who will be unable to make it to the polls on March 1st can request an absentee ballot. The last day to request a ballot is February 29th. You can request a ballot by contacting your Town or City Clerk via mail, phone, email, or fax, or by going online to the “My Voter Page”: https://mvp.sec.state.vt.us

The ballot must be completed/returned to your Town/City Clerk by 7:00PM on March 1st.
